American Financial Resources, INC. (http://www.afrcorrespondent.com) – AFR in Parsippany, NJ, needed a new website to highlight the Correspondent Lending Division of their company.

What PCG Did: PCG built a new site for AFR that closely resembled the look and layout of the current websites.  Using PCG SEO best practices, we optimized the site for people looking for FHA approved loans and services.

Using the powerful WordPress content management system (CMS), PCG has given AFR the ability to post their own company news and events, as well as editing or posting new information to their site.  PCG also serves as consultants on AFR’s other sites, Afrwholesale.com – The Wholesale Mortgage Division, and Afrmortgage.com – the residential mortgage division.

Merrick Construction (www.merrickbuilders.com) – Merrick Construction in Little Silver, New Jersey has been serving the fine home building and remodeling needs of Monmouth County residents and businesses for over 20 years.

What PCG Did: Merrick came to us with no existing website, looking to establish their internet presence, especially with regard to having an online portfolio to showcase their work for prospective clients.  We delivered them a unique, beautiful site, highlighted by the extremely versatile Project Gallery section.  This section features both slide shows and interactive photo galleries, displaying many aspects and details of Merrick’s impressive work.

Looking towards the future, our Search Engine Optimization knowledge and  practices, combined with our overall Internet Marketing capabilities will continue to assist Merrick Construction to expand their business and cleintele via the internet.

The Total Learning Center (www.thetotallearningcenter.com) – The Total Learning Center in Neptune, New Jersey is a unique facility that offers remedial programs for children and adults with dyslexia, attention deficit disorder and other learning disabilities.

What PCG Did: An outdated look and feel made visitors to the old site of The Total Learning Center (TLC) feel as if they were back in 1995, with little or no features. An updated design and navigation improvement made the site feel more with the times while still using similar content.

As described below, even though they were sister companies, TLC and Organized School Binder lacked a look and feel that would tie in the two brands. With better use of new navigation that is much more Search Engine Optimized and friendly, content that has been updated and new additions to their Blog articles about Special Needs Educational Techniques, The Total Learning Center is now ready for more business and higher search engine rankings.

Organized School Binder System (www.organizedschoolbinder.com) -

A notebook system the student can for the first time develop a sense of independence and mastery of their assignments. The Organized School Binder System results in improved test performance and overall school achievement.

What PCG Did: A sister site of The Total Learning Center (above), Organized School Binder in its previous design, had little tie in or resemblance between its partner site. Also, some unfortunate co-hosting of another site’s materials on their old site had been indexed in the website and had changed the listings on search engines for the site.

A full redesign of the site’s look and feel as well as dedicated hosting, and a clarification of the site’s message, navigation and content on the site created a more professional feel and positive feedback from customers almost immediately the day the new site was released according to the client.

Easy Crown Molding and Easy Door Crown offer inexpensive alternatives to fancy millwork. EasyCrownMolding.com offers the same detailed architectural finishes found in some of the finest homes at a fraction of the cost and with only a minor investment of time.

What PCG Did: We saw a real opportunity for Easy Crown Molding to expand on its old website with a fresh new look and a redesign of its navigation for both flow and Search Engine Optimization. With the new design geared toward SEO, Easy Crown Molding has seen an increase in traffic to their site and increased conversion rate from visitors to sale.

The addition of a News section and Blogging area gives Easy Crown Molding an opportunity to continue to expand its content and its keep in touch with its customers

Techout – Virtual Monitoring Appliances (www.virtualmonitoringappliance.com) -

Techout is a technology company that provides complex web monitoring and application monitoring services to corporate America.  Their business has evolved into an area called “virtual monitoring appliances” and so we recommended that we create a microsite for that speciality service.

What PCG Did: The domain www.virtualmonitoringappliance.com was available to our surprise and we purchased it immediately.  Good domains are often available if you think out of the box.  So, once we secured this domain, we created a microsite to look like their main website at www.techout.com .

Today, when you type into Google the search phrase “virtual monitoring appliance”, the microsite is #1 in the USA.  According to Google, there are over 500,000 pages indexed that are related to this term.  It IS a niche phrase with low monthly volume, but anyone who types in this phrase is a targeted potential client.

Dr. Bruce Bilow Dentistry

Bruce Bilow has a state-of-the-art dental practice in Little Silver New Jersey.

Bruce was proactive in his marketing ideas and wanted to reach out to the growing Spanish speaking community living in Red Bank as well as throughout Monmouth County.

He contacted the Pasch Consulting Group to inquire about a strategy to reach native Spanish speakers in Monmouth County.

What PCD Did: We suggested that he translate his existing website to Spanish and place the new Spanish site on www.dentistamonmouthcounty.com.

He agreed and we did the translation over a two week period.  Today, the website is #1 in Google for searches on “dentista monmouth county” as well as dozens of other services in Spanish.  Here are a few examples of Spanish search phrases that Dr. Bilow ranks for the entire state or county:

• Implantes Dentales NJ
• Apnea del Sueño Monmouth County
• Coronas de Implantes NJ

In just a few weeks after publishing this Spanish microsite, Dr. Bilow appears for dozens of local and statewide searches for dental services in New Jersey.

I & Y Construction is the ultimate microsite success story.  Their business, located in Altoona PA, would never had been awarded a 1.4 million dollar stadium lighting contract if they decided NOT to invest in a WordPress microsite.
